Handling time
In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Couriers
Choose at checkout: Flash Express, Kerry Express (KEX), Thailand Post EMS, or pick up at our office in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan. Transit is about 1–3 business days.
Fees
Calculated from total weight and courier, always shown before you place the order. For bulky items (e.g. standees) or large orders we may contact you with the actual shipping cost.
Tracking
Once shipped you’ll get an email with the tracking number and a photo of the courier receipt, also visible on the Track order page.
