Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged in transit or not as ordered. Items must be unused, in original condition, with photos or an unboxing video.
How to report
- Take photos/video of the item and parcel.

- We review and respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Refunded by bank transfer within 7 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
